1. Operator

This website is run by the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (“ABPI”) whose address is 7th floor, Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT. ABPI invites you to use this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes in the Terms and Conditions of this website will be posted on this page. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

2. Governing Law

Use of this website shall be in accordance with English law and any dispute which might arise concerning use of this website shall fall to the jurisdiction of the English courts and be determined in accordance with English law.

3. Privacy Statement

Through your contacting the ABPI by means of the facilities on this website, by email, fax, post or telephone as a result of accessing this website ABPI may come into possession of information about you such as your name, address, telephone number or other personal information. We may retain that information and will use it for:
